HUD has made available funds to eligible Owners/Agents to cover costs associated with COVID-19 which were incurred during March 27, 2020 through July 31, 2020. Further details are provided in HUD Notice H 20-08.

The supplemental payments may cover additional cleaning and disinfecting, additional staff, face coverings, and other expenses to help keep properties safe for residents.  The Housing Notice allows owners to submit payment requests for expenses incurred between March 27, 2020 and July 31, 2020. Requests are due to HUD or the Contract Administrator by August 5, 2020.  Please complete your request using the CSP-Request-Form-52671-E-7-23.pdf
