regional presence in Chicago, Illinois.

We provide professional training and compliance services to the affordable housing industry throughout the nation as
well as serve as the performance-based contract administrator (PBCA) for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban
Development in the states of Georgia and Illinois.

Our mission is to provide high quality, customer-focused compliance services to help our housing industry partners
achieve success in meeting ever-changing HUD regulations and requirements.

Operating Cost Adjustment Factors

The Operating Cost Adjustment Factors (OCAFs) for fiscal year (FY) 2024 were published on November 30, 2023 in the
Federal Register.
These factors are used for adjusting or establishing Section 8 rents under the Multifamily Assisted Housing Reform
and Affordability Act of 1997 (MAHRA), as amended, for projects assisted with Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments.
The factors are effective February 11, 2024.
