Andrea Price

SENIOR ASSET MANAGER

Andrea Price, a senior asset manager, brings deep expertise in compliance oversight, portfolio management, and affordable housing program administration to National Housing Compliance’s Illinois portfolio. Over the course of her career, she has strategically managed multifamily housing portfolios to safeguard and optimize both financial performance and resident well-being.

Prior to joining NHC, Andrea managed a portfolio of 100 properties as an account executive at HUD, where she gained extensive experience in monitoring Housing Assistance Payment contracts, interpreting HUD regulations, and developing corrective action strategies for at-risk properties. Her background also includes leasing unsubsidized single-family homes, tenant relations, property maintenance, financial analysis, risk management, and training high-performance teams, skills that have positioned her as a trusted steward for owners and stakeholders across diverse housing communities.

Andrea holds a master of business administration in leadership and marketing from Mercer University and a bachelor of business administration in marketing from Georgia State University. She is also a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Alabama.
