Jamaul Morrison has more than eight years of experience in delivering the robust and secure IT systems and operations leading organizations like NHC require. As senior IT manager, Jamaul is responsible for deploying, maintaining and optimizing the organization’s enterprise IT infrastructure, from hardware configuration to server and application management and system upgrades. He also oversees disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity through remote colocation and data replication strategies.

Prior to joining NHC, Jamaul was a network administrator at Reachout Healthcare America, where he supported over 60 office staff and 20 mobile teams. He also worked as an IT consultant to small business owners.

His proficiency in Windows server environments, network protocols, and IT equipment configuration has made him a valuable resource to NHC teams as they optimize business workflows for enhanced productivity and security.

Jamaul is Microsoft certified, with foundational training in information technology from Rockdale Career Academy and extensive self-study in network architecture; Jamaul remains at the forefront of emerging technologies and best practices.
