NOTICE H 2023-01 – Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Replaces Dun & Bradstreet Data Universal Numbering System for Identification of Federal Awards Effective immediately for Contract Renewals, all entities will require a UEI number for renewal of their expiring HAP Contract. This number must be submitted to NHC with the Contract Renewal package for processing.
