ISO 9001 is a quality management system standard that was developed by the International Organization for Standardization, which is an association of governmental and nongovernmental organizations from many countries. The ISO 9001 standard is utilized to certify quality management systems that focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and the active involvement of both management and employees in a process based approach.

NHC is excited to announce we’ve received our SOC®2 Type 2 report and have successfully passed a third-party audit.

This achievement reflects our commitment to the highest levels of data security.

NIST SP 800-171 Compliance

NHC is now fully compliant with the National Institute of Standards (NIST) publication SP 800-17, a key federal Acquisition Regulation requirement. A cyber-security framework required for protecting controlled unclassified information (CUI) in nonfederal systems and organizations.

The framework implements 110 cyber-security controls over 5 areas of Information Technology services.

US Federal Contractor Registration System for Award Management Verified Vendor

In the summer of 2012, the System for Award Management (SAM) went live incorporating the data and registration functions of CCR, ORCA, FedReg, and EPLS into one easy to use online system that benefits both vendors and government agencies alike.  A SAM registration is required to work as a federal contractor or subcontractor, and for nonprofits to receive grants.
