Description
National Housing Compliance (NHC) is a 501c (4) company currently seeking a full-time IT Software Developer to work in the corporate office located in Tucker, Georgia. This position will be responsible for all programming activity in Line of Business applications, as well as, maintaining other database applications such as Access, Excel, and SharePoint. Prepares various management and exception reports from databases(s), compiles data and ad hoc reporting needs for staff and is responsible for Web site architecture and maintenance. Assists in project development, defines technical requirements and provides on-going support for applications. Designs and customizes SharePoint solutions. Builds and configures SharePoint websites using web UI or SharePoint Designer and develop code for SharePoint using Visual Studio. Defines, develops, tests, analyzes and maintains new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. Works with each functional area of the corporation in the implementation, deployment and utilization of SharePoint technology as NHC’s document management system to include training of staff and working with external consulting resources. Maintains corporate website, providing updates and architectural/database enhancements as needed. Liaise with internal/external customers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems. Handles all program and corporate information in a confidential and professional manner as required by federal regulations and company policy.
Requirements
Must have Bachelors degree (4 years) in an Information Technology related field. Must have a solid understanding of C#, NET Framework, and ASP.NET. Important technical skills required include SharePoint 2016+, VB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Query, XML, SQL Server 2008-2014, Web Services, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, InfoPath form design, Excel VBA
Must have experience in design and development of solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint 2016. Experience with administration of MS SQL Server 2012 R2 – 2014. Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written, verbal communication and organization skills. Ability to run Crystal Reports, develop and use SQL as well as other reporting tools to code, retrieve and assemble data from multiple databases and provide analysis, including trends and anomalies.
