Owner Agent Forms
NHC is excited to announce we have a new Owner Agent Portal. In this Portal, you will be able to submit all Owner, Managment, Contact, and Banking changes. Please submit the Property Administrator form to owneragentinformation@nhcinc.org. This form must be signed by the Owner Principal. Once NHC receives the Property Administrator form, you will be granted access to the Portal.
