Jennifer joined National Housing Compliance in 2022 and plays an integral role in the organization’s talent management and strategic planning. She is pivotal in developing and executing NHC’s succession plan and is spearheading the leadership-training program for high-potential individuals.

Jennifer has deep expertise across the entire HR taxonomy. Not only has she built high-performing teams, but she has also designed and implemented processes to improve talent acquisition in various organizations. Skilled in change management, Jennifer has worked with senior executives to drive human resources transformations that have resulted in strategic technology investments and better employee experiences, productivity and retention.

Jennifer has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management, Human Resources from the University of Georgia and has more than 20 years of experience in human resources across multiple capacities, including consulting, project management, and process improvement
